Further, we will give you a tour of our office and introduce you to our dental team. Then, through a comprehensive examination, we will explain your dental condition so that you’ll thoroughly understand our recommendations and what the treatment will involve.

Since the day we opened our first office, we have followed the strictest procedures for maintaining a clean environment and safeguarding your health and ours.

For instance, we use masks, gloves, and protective clothing and eyewear. Proper disinfection and sterilization are of utmost importance. Between patients, we disinfect all room surfaces and use hospital-grade heat/steam sterilization for all hand pieces and instruments. Each one of our dental units has its own self contained water system, which allows us to deliver distilled water with an added low dose anti-microbial agent, as a means of preserving the relative sterility of the entire system.

Weekly, we perform biological sampling to verify that the sterilizer is functioning at it’s optimum level. The bottom line is: everything used in your mouth is either sterilized or disposable.

Insurance and Payment Options

We understand the value of insurance coverage and will assist you in obtaining your maximum benefits by billing your insurance electronically. For complex treatment estimates, we will assist you by submitting detailed explanations, x-rays and intra-oral photos for pre-determination of benefits, in order to help you fully utilize your dental benefits.

To assist you financially, we offer payment options: VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as other health care financing options. A 5% courtesy is offered for pre-payment at the time appointments are scheduled.
